To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting held on 9 November 2009 which had been previously distributed.
a. To note the Minutes of Headley Sports Association, Management Committee Meeting, on 12 November and 10 December 2009, previously distributed.
b. Chairman to update Members regarding Rubbish bins at the Pavilion, cricket practice nets and the planned football dugout.
c. Members to consider introducing a dog ban on Headley Playing Fields.
d. Members to consider the recent problems with water ingress on the Pavilion roof.
a. Members to receive a report from the Warden of Arford Common.
b. Members to consider providing chainsaw training for the Warden of Arford Common and one other volunteer.
c. To note any expenditure from the Arford Common allocated budget.
Members to note the Inspector’s decision on a Definitive Map Modification Order relating to a request by Mrs Maureen Coomber.
To note that the next meeting of the Parish Council and Allotment representatives is scheduled for 8pm Monday 22 February 2010.
To receive the Amenities & Recreation Committee Report of Income and Expenditure from April 2009 to 31 December 2009, available at the meeting.
10. BUS SERVICES CONSULTATION
Members to consider their response to a consultation regarding local bus services. Please note that this consultation was received on 15 December with a return date on 17 January. We have been given an extension of one day so please give this your consideration prior to the meeting. Previously distributed.
11. CPRE
Members to receive and note a report from the Chairman regarding a seminar entitled ‘Enhance the Countryside in Your Parish’, previously distributed.
Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings of the Council and its committees. General questions will be taken before the main business of the meeting and any comments on an agenda item will be taken at the appropriate time. Relevant documentation is available from the Clerk in advance on request. Matters requiring further consideration will receive a reply in writing.
