a. To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting held on 18 January 2010.
b. To ratify minutes and consider recommendations from the Allotment Sub-Committee meeting held on 22 February 2010, minutes previously distributed.
To note the 11 February 2010 Minutes of Headley Sports Association, previously distributed.
a. Members to note any expenditure from the Arford Common allocated budget that had been previously distributed.
b. Members to receive a report from the Clerk, which had been previously distributed.
c. Members to receive a verbal report from the Warden of Arford Common.
Members to receive and note a letter from Mr C Vincer, Tree Warden which had been previously distributed.
To receive the Amenities & Recreation Committee Report of Income and Expenditure from April 2009 to February 2010 which had been previously distributed.
Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings of the Council and its committees. General questions will be taken before the main business of the meeting and any comments on an agenda item will be taken at the appropriate time.
