a.       To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting held on 18 January 2010.

b.      To ratify minutes and consider recommendations from the Allotment Sub-Committee meeting held on 22 February 2010, minutes previously distributed.

  1.       SPORTS MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

To note the 11 February 2010 Minutes of Headley Sports Association, previously distributed.

 

  1.       ARFORD COMMON.

a.       Members to note any expenditure from the Arford Common allocated budget that had been previously distributed.

b.      Members to receive a report from the Clerk, which had been previously distributed.

c.       Members to receive a verbal report from the Warden of Arford Common.

 

 

  1.       FOOT PATHS AND RIGHTS OF WAY
    1. Members to consider the situation in Hilland Woods regarding the barring of the footpath from Hilland Rise leading to Liphook Road.
    2. Members to receive and consider a response to a proposal to divert Headley Bridleway No 13, details previously distributed.         
    3. Members to receive an update from the Chairman regarding Headley Footpath 28 extension.

                 

  1.       TREES

Members to receive and note a letter from Mr C Vincer, Tree Warden which had been previously distributed.

 

  1.       FINANCIAL REPORT

To receive the Amenities & Recreation Committee Report of Income and Expenditure from April 2009 to February 2010 which had been previously distributed.

 

                 

 

 

Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings of the Council and its committees.  General questions will be taken before the main business of the meeting and any comments on an agenda item will be taken at the appropriate time.  Relevant documentation is available from the Clerk in advance on request.  Matters requiring further consideration will receive a reply in writing
