a. To note any expenditure from the Arford Common allocated budget.
b. Members to consider the opportunity to apply for a grant from the Small Grants Scheme – Biodiversity (HCC), for improvements on Arford Common.

a. Members to receive an update regarding the new football pitches at Heatherlands.
b. Members to consider the proliferation of ‘A’ boards on Standford Green and the reappearance of an ‘A’ board under the chestnut tree in the High Street.
c. Members to note and approve proposed work to play areas in response to a recent RoSPA report.
d. Members to consider placement of the plaque from Long Cross Hill which was knocked over and is now being stored in a safe place.
Members to consider a request from the applicant who asked to divert Bridleway 13 which was recently refused by HCC. The applicant would like to explain their plans in more detail to Members with a view to resubmitting their application.
Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings of the Council and its committees. General questions will be taken before the main business of the meeting and any comments on an agenda item will be taken at the appropriate time. Relevant documentation is available from the Clerk in advance on request. Matters requiring further consideration will receive a reply in writing.
