a. Members to receive and consider a proposed planning application from Headley Cricket Club for new practice nets on HPC owned land, location plan previously distributed.
b. Members to receive a report from Cllr Grevatt following a meeting with Headley United Football Club representatives concerning proposed dugouts on the Playing Fields.
c. Members to consider preferred materials that the proposed dugouts should be made from.
d. Members to consider a grant application from the Headley United Football Club.
e. Members to consider requesting Developers’ Contributions to part fund proposed dugouts for Headley United Football Club.
f. Members to receive and note correspondence from Headley Tennis Club.
g. Members to consider a request from the Tennis Club to re-paint lines on the courts.
Members to receive and consider correspondence from the Headley Society regarding the siting of the plaques and certificate for the Hampshire Village of the Year Award and the use of £350 prize money, (minute C091/09(c) & (d), Oct 09 refer) previously distributed.
a. Members to receive a report from the Clerk regarding the need for CRB checks for staff, (minute C124/09(d) refers, Nov 09).
b. Members to consider methods to advertise the forthcoming Annual Parish Meeting, (minute C39/09(a) June 09 refers).
c. Members to approve holding the annual Volunteers’ Reception.
d. Members to receive a report from the Clerk regarding a partnership including EHDC and some parish councils to deal with severe weather conditions, (minute C131/09, Jan 09 refers)
