d. Members to consider a schedule of charges for the use of the Village Greens from April 2012, (recommendation to be ratified by the Headley Village Green Charity Trustees after this meeting), information attached.
e. Members to consider the annual charge for the Whiteley’s Family Restaurant sign on Standford Green, information attached.
f. Members to note a plan showing the location of the external CCTV cameras at Woodlands Hall and to consider whether to release additional funds from the Woodlands Play Area Maintenance Fund, (£530.00 previously approved), to upgrade 4 security cameras at Woodlands Hall, information attached.
g. To consider and approve an increase in the reimbursement of mileage undertaken by employees and Councillors from 40p to 45p per mile.

a. To confirm the total committed Grant Funding as recommended at the Council meeting held on 3rd of October 2011 for the Budget 2012/13 (£9,772), information attached.
b. To consider the Council Budget requirements, including any Capital requirements, for the Financial Year 2012/13, information attached.
c. To consider the Amenities budget requirements, including any Capital requirements, information attached.
d. To consider in principle the Precept requirement for 2012/13, information attached.

b. To appoint Councillor Burton and Councillor Jill Howard-Duff to the Planning Committee.
c. Members to consider a speaker for the Annual Parish Meeting 2012.
d. To nominate a representative to attend East Hants District Council’s ‘Leisure Built Facilities Strategy’ consultation event on 11th November 2011 at 6.00pm at Mill Chase Community Technology College, information attached.
e. Members to consider dates for the Christmas lights to be turned on and off during the Christmas period.
To consider an invitation from WSP, commissioned by Hampshire County to conduct a Traffic Management Strategy for villages and key local routes surrounding the proposed development, to meet with the Parish Council. Information attached.
12. THE DIAMOND JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS
Members to consider how the Parish Council could mark The Queens Diamond Jubilee on 4 June 2012.
Further to the Parish Council’s letter of 6th September 2011, Members to receive and consider an update, should a reply be received from the Diocese.

Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings of the Council and its committees. General questions will be taken before the main business of the meeting and any comments on an agenda item will be taken at the appropriate time. Relevant documentation is available from the Clerk in advance on request. Matters requiring further consideration will receive a reply in writing.
