9. WHITEHILL/BORDON ECO-TOWN CONSULTATION
To note that this will be an agenda item for August and members should take a consultation executive summary to appraise themselves prior to the meeting in order to form a response to the District Council which will be ratified by Full Council on 6th September.
10. APPEALS
To receive and consider if necessary details of the following appeals:
51264 – Fell one Scots pine, Tall Pines, Sunnyside Road, Headley Down. Mr Jepp has appealed against the District Council’s refusal of works to this tree and the appeal will be determined on the basis of the fast track appeal process as set out in The Town and Country Planning (Trees)(Amendment)(England) Regulations 2008.
11. HEDGE CUTTING NOTICES
To note the current hedge cutting notices issued.
