P108/10.          APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

                        No apologies were received.

P109/10.          DECLARATION OF INTERESTS

Members were reminded of their responsibilities to declare any personal or prejudicial interest that they may have had in any item of business on the agenda.

Cllr Williams declared that as he is a member of EHDC Planning North Committee and may be involved in the consideration of a planning application should it come before the District Council, he could participate in the discussion of all items on the agenda but would not vote and reserved his position until such time that he heard the full debate at the District Council’s Planning Committee.           

P110/10.          HEADLEY PARISH COUNCIL’S RESPONSE TO:  PLANNING FOR HAMPSHIRE MINERAL AND WASTE FEBRUARY 2011

It was RESOLVED to accept the responses to the consultation questions as compiled by Cllr Williams who was thanked by the Committee for his work.

The meeting closed at 9.15 p.m.
