American Tournament
and BBQ.
This will take the same format as last year with an American
Tournament for adults starting with the draw at 1pm, followed
by a bring your own food & drink BBQ at approx.4.00pm. Everyone
is welcome to join in the socialising, playing or not. If you
wish to play, entry cost £2.00 payable on the day, either:
a) fill in the form at the end of this Newsletter b) email Jan
@ jantaylor21@fsmail.net c) put your name on the list in the
clubhouse. All entries need to be in by Thursday 23
July at the latest. There is a limit of 16 for the
tournament. Please bring your own plates, cutlery & glasses
to the BBQ. Salads, sauces, bread and soft drink will be provided. |

Social Tennis and Tea - 2pm
This a turn up and play for ALL members. Just bring
your racket and a plate of “eats” tea and soft drinks
will be provided.

| Short Term Membership: |
This is available for visitors to the Headley
area who are staying for a short period of time.
Temporary Membership can be granted for one month at £10
per person. A Membership Form must be completed. Renewal after
one month must be for the rest of the membership year.
The temporary member can either pay a returnable
deposit of £20 for a court key or arrange to borrow
a key for a session from a named designated key holder.

Courts are reserved in the summer on Wednesdays
evenings from 6.30 pm , and in the winter on Sunday mornings
and occasional Saturday mornings. A list of match fixtures is
pinned on the Club House for information. |
