Bridleway No.506 – Grayshott Road (B3002) to Ludshott Common [becomes Bramshott BW512]

This bridleway leaves Grayshott Road at its junction with Seymour Road. There is a finger post

Shortly there is a crossroads of paths: to the left is a parking area favoured by dog-walkers; straight ahead is BW507; and to the right is the continuation of BW506.

After a short period under trees ...

... the path comes out into the open and is joined from the left by a well-used track (not a numbered right of way).

Soon there is the junction with BW503 (connecting with Seymour Road); and shortly after (this photo) we slip unannounced over the parish boundary into Bramshott, and the bridleway becomes Bramshott BW512. (Who knew?)

Now (as Bramshott BW512) at a crossroads of tracks ...

... go straight ahead along a narrower track through heather.

Before long, look for an unmarked turn to the left and downhill (see photo) – or you will find yourself looping back the way you came, but along FP59 (although this itself is a well-used circular walk).

The bridleway goes sharply downhill ...

... to a five-ways junction (photo, reverse direction). Here you may turn right for BOAT 38 towards Pond Road; or take one of several tracks onto other parts of Ludshott Common.
